A female suspect attempted to shoplift over $100 in merchandise using a bright pink duffle bag. Her attempt to blend in failed, and officers later discovered she was wanted in Fredericksburg and Rockingham. Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux arrested her, and she now faces charges for both shoplifting and her outstanding warrants. She is being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
