A man and woman, accompanied by two children, concealed over $260 worth of merchandise under a baby seat at Target and exited without paying. Deputy B.E. Vaughn’s investigation led to the identification of both suspects. Multiple warrants were obtained, and the primary suspect later confessed during questioning.
