Loss prevention personnel at Walmart flagged down Deputy H. H. Cassetta after identifying a shoplifting incident involving skip-scanning at self-checkout. The suspect, Jacques Frimpong, 34, of Stafford, was issued a summons for shoplifting and released at the scene.
