A Stafford man was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies found him asleep behind the wheel of a disabled vehicle.
Deputy Edwards discovered the vehicle stopped with its hazard lights activated. Bottles of alcohol were visible inside, and the driver displayed several signs of impairment. A breath test later showed a blood alcohol content above the legal limit.
Brandon Boesch, 40, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
