A shopper at the Goodwill in North Stafford returned to his bike to find his portable speaker gone. Fortunately, surveillance footage captured the theft clearly. Deputy F.A. Martinez identified and confronted the suspect, who initially denied it but later admitted the crime after being shown the footage. A warrant was issued for larceny.
