Deputy A.M. Oliveira stopped a speeding truck that was straddling lanes. The driver, who admitted to drinking beer, was also found without a driver’s license and had open Modelo containers inside the vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, drinking while driving, driving without a license, and a lane violation. He is currently held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
