A 36-year-old Springfield man was arrested after Stafford County deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated individual on Malvern Lakes Circle.
Deputy L. Smith located the individual and observed several signs of possible impairment, including slurred speech, difficulty maintaining balance, and a strong odor of alcohol.
Following the investigation, the individual was identified as Andrew Bunch, 36, of Springfield.
Bunch was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
He was transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held until sober.
