A Stafford man was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies found him asleep behind the wheel on Olde Forge Drive.
Deputies responding to a disturbance call discovered a vehicle parked in the roadway with the driver slumped over the steering wheel. Investigators found two open alcohol containers inside the vehicle.
Authorities said the suspect showed multiple signs of intoxication and initially provided deputies with several false names. Field sobriety tests and breath samples later confirmed the suspect’s blood alcohol content exceeded the legal limit.
Bairon Sacul Si, 19, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving after illegally consuming alcohol, and providing false identification to law enforcement. He was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
