A Stafford woman faces multiple charges after deputies responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver on Ryland Road.
Deputies received information that the vehicle was weaving between lanes and had stopped in the roadway. The driver displayed signs of impairment, including bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, an unsteady balance, and the odor of alcohol.
According to investigators, the driver refused to perform field sobriety tests and later declined to provide breath samples following her arrest.
Eunique Minick, 40, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
