Deputy Osborne responded to a report of an intoxicated driver at the Wawa on Garrisonville Road after receiving information that a man was lying on the bathroom floor. Investigators found the suspect showing signs of intoxication, including an unsteady balance and the odor of alcohol.
Surveillance footage showed the suspect driving to a gas pump before remaining parked for an extended period and entering the restroom. The suspect admitted to drinking earlier in the day and coming from a bar.
Keishown Browne, 22, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and refusal to test after declining field sobriety and breath tests.
