An 18-year-old Stafford resident was charged following a shoplifting investigation at Walmart on Village Parkway.
Deputies said loss prevention employees observed the suspect remove a tag from a bag before filling it with merchandise and leaving the store without paying.
Authorities later located the vehicle connected to the incident and returned the suspect to the store. The suspect admitted to stealing the items and fleeing the scene.
Allyson Faithful, 18, of Stafford, was charged with concealment and released with a scheduled court date.
