Stafford Traffic Stop Leads to Arrests on Butler Road

Sergeant McCann conducted a traffic stop after identifying a vehicle connected to a wanted individual near the YMCA on Butler Road. During the stop, the driver allegedly refused to follow instructions and encouraged a passenger not to cooperate with police.

Investigators determined the passenger was wanted by Virginia State Police for allegedly making false statements during a firearm purchase application. Deputies also discovered the vehicle displayed counterfeit inspection stickers.

Osvaldo Pardillo, 52, of Stafford, was charged with obstructing justice, driving with a revoked license, using counterfeit inspection stickers, and driving with an expired inspection. Angel Pardillo, 31, of Stafford, was served on his outstanding warrant.
