Deputy Sprinkles responded to a larceny complaint at Walmart on Garrisonville Road after reports that a suspect concealed merchandise and entered a restroom without paying. Following contact with the suspect, deputies conducted a search and reportedly discovered narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Authorities identified the suspect as Cynthia Coon, 37, of Stafford. Coon was charged with petit larceny, two counts of concealment, and three counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance. She was transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail and held on a secured bond. Walmart recovered all stolen merchandise.
