Deputy M.N. Sayegh, while on patrol near Wawa on Richmond Highway, spotted a Mazda displaying stolen license plates. With help from First Sergeant M.R. Flick, the driver was detained. The driver admitted knowing the plates belonged on a Chevy. He was charged with forging a license plate and larceny. The magistrate released him on personal recognizance.
