A concerned citizen reported a suspicious Toyota whose driver was allegedly following them and taking photos. Deputy A.E. Epps located the vehicle at Heflin’s Garage and observed signs of intoxication in the driver, along with two open cans of beer in the vehicle. The suspect was also found to be wanted for violating a protective order. He was arrested and charged with DUI, drinking while driving, refusal to submit to testing, and served on the outstanding warrant. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
