Deputy S. Waheed responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle facing the wrong way with hazard lights on. The driver was found to be slurring speech, unsteady, and smelling of alcohol. Identified as Kara Alley, 51, of Stafford, the driver was arrested for DUI and held on a secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
