A shoplifting investigation at Target resulted in multiple criminal charges after store surveillance allegedly captured a suspect concealing merchandise and leaving without paying. Deputies later determined additional stolen items found in the suspect’s possession came from other nearby stores. Nineteen-year-old Paul Cales III of Stafford was charged with five counts of concealment and two counts of trespassing. He was held without bond and formally trespassed from the affected businesses.
