A 16-year-old male from Fredericksburg was discovered inside Howell Library in the early morning hours following an alarm activation. Deputy C.R. Newman, who was holding a perimeter, spotted the juvenile inside. The teen, who claimed he entered the building just to use the restroom, was turned over to a parent. A petition for trespassing was submitted to juvenile authorities.
