Deputy Charoenthep conducted a traffic stop near Centreport Parkway and Interstate 95 after observing a vehicle failing to maintain its lane.
During the investigation, deputies discovered the passenger was wanted out of Texas. The passenger was taken into custody without incident.
Channing Strawder, 37, of Fredericksburg, was charged as a fugitive from justice and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
