Deputy N. K. Daigle responded to Staybridge Suites where a man was threatening employees while intoxicated. The suspect exhibited signs of impairment, including slurred speech and glassy eyes. Christopher Woodward, 47, of Woodbridge, was arrested for public intoxication and held until sober at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
