An unsettling encounter occurred on Rugby Road when an unknown man appeared on a resident’s porch and began issuing threats, including claims that he would shoot the resident. The suspect fled on a Fredericksburg Transit Bus. Fortunately, the incident was recorded on video, helping Deputy T.W. Jenkins identify the individual. Warrants are pending service.
