Three Stafford residents were arrested after deputies responded to a disturbance outside the Motel 6 on Richmond Highway.
Deputies were told that people were drinking and playing loud music outside. The Sheriff’s Office said the individuals showed signs of impairment, and multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers were observed on the ground nearby.
Sergio Guarneros Guarneros, 23, Mario Gochez Espinoza, 28, and Emiliano Garcia Pena, 19, all of Stafford, were charged with public intoxication. All three were held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober and were trespassed from the motel.
