A routine traffic stop for an unlawful U-turn near McDonald’s resulted in the discovery of suspected controlled substances in plain view. A further search revealed more drugs. The driver was charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and held on a secured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
