Deputy N.J. Amato conducted a routine traffic stop on Chatham Heights Road and discovered the driver was wanted by the U.S. Marshals for a probation violation related to dangerous drugs. The man was taken into custody and charged as a fugitive from justice. He is currently being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
