A 48-year-old Stafford woman was arrested following a traffic stop on Fidelity Lane.
A deputy observed a vehicle whose registered owner had a DUI-suspended license. After stopping the vehicle, the deputy confirmed the driver was the registered owner.
An investigation also determined that the vehicle did not have a required ignition interlock system installed, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Latoya Griffin, 48, of Stafford, was charged with driving after forfeiture of a license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system. She was released on an unsecured bond.
