A routine traffic stop on Richmond Highway early Monday morning resulted in the arrest of a Stafford man wanted out of Fairfax County.
A deputy observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and initiated a stop. During the investigation, it was discovered the driver had an active warrant and was also operating the vehicle with a suspended license.
The driver, identified as 18-year-old Kevin Urrutia-Barahona of Stafford, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended license. He was also served on the outstanding warrant and held on a secured bond.
