A speeding vehicle stop on Truslow Road and Cambridge Street led to the arrest of 23-year-old Clarence Hogan Jr. of Stafford. Deputy S. Waheed conducted the stop with assistance from Deputy N. K. Daigle. Hogan showed signs of intoxication, including glassy, bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol. During the arrest, a firearm was found in a bag on his lap. Hogan now faces charges for driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon. He is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
