Deputy H.T. Wagner responded to some trespassing troubles. Staff advised a male, who had previously been trespassed, had returned. Deputy Wagner made contact with the suspect and he was detained without incident. The suspect was charged with trespassing and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
