Deputies N. K. Daigle and K. W. Suter responded to a reckless driving report and found a crash involving a BMW and a white pickup truck. Investigation revealed the pickup had been doing donuts and lost control, causing the collision.

Trenton Phillips, 20, of Colonial Beach, the BMW driver, was arrested for DUI underage, underage possession of alcohol, and driving on a revoked registration.

Brandon Parlett, 23, of La Plata, MD, the truck driver, was charged with DUI (second offense within five years) and reckless driving.
Both were held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
