Sergeant Hutcheson responded to a fraud report after a victim discovered three unauthorized DirecTV accounts connected to addresses in Tennessee. The victim learned of the fraudulent accounts after running a credit check and stated they had no connection to the listed addresses. A police report was filed to support the investigation.
