Deputy J.W. Courtney responded to reports of underage drinking at a party on Partners Way. A 19-year-old man was found in a running vehicle with an open box of Twisted Tea and appeared intoxicated. He was charged with driving after illegally consuming alcohol and unlawful possession of alcohol. The magistrate released him on personal recognizance.
