Deputy J.A. Albright and Deputy C.S. Harding responded to a vandalism. The victim advised a family member was upset that his green leafy items had been thrown out. In response, the suspect threw a rock through her window. He was charged with felony destruction of property and released by the magistrate on personal recognizance.
