A routine patrol at Wawa led to the arrest of a wanted individual out of Culpeper. Deputy T.W. Jenkins recognized the suspect, who had multiple felony probation violations. During the arrest, a glass pipe containing suspected controlled substances fell from the suspect’s pocket. He was charged with drug possession and served his outstanding warrants. He remains held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
