Deputies spotted a wanted suspect on Susan Street and attempted to make contact. Authorities said the suspect tried to flee before being apprehended. During the arrest, deputies observed signs of intoxication. Silvano Avelar Castro, 27, of Stafford, was charged with fleeing from law enforcement and public intoxication in addition to being served on outstanding warrants. He was held without bond.
