Deputy C.M. Sterne responded to an auto accident. While dealing with that, he discovered one of the drivers was wanted out of Texas on a felony offense with full extradition. The suspect was detained and charged with fugitive from justice. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond pending extradition
