Deputy K.P. Hall responded to a disturbance. While investigating, it was discovered the male involved might be wanted. The male would provide a false identity, but that would not stop Deputy Hall from uncovering his true identity. The suspect was wanted for a probation violation. He was served on his outstanding warrant and additionally charged with providing a false identity to law enforcement. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. No criminal actions were discovered during the original disturbance.
