WARRANT SERVED: Truslow Road Stafford VA

Deputy M.N. Sayegh and Deputy M.A. Floirendo responded to a warrant service. The suspect was wanted for traffic offenses. When deputies arrived, the suspect was not on scene; however, after a bit of waiting the suspect would drive by. As soon as he saw deputies instead of parking, he quickly changed his mind and continued driving. The minimum effort escape ended when deputies conducted a traffic stop. Considering the suspect was driving with a revoked license, he was additionally charged with that on top of his outstanding warrants. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 secured bond.
