A 25-year-old Washington, D.C., man was arrested following a disturbance at the Days Inn motel on Simpson Road in Stafford County.
First Sergeant Jacobeen responded to the motel on October 11 after receiving a disturbance report.
During contact with the individual involved, the officer observed signs of alcohol impairment, including glassy eyes, slurred speech, unsteady balance and a strong odor of alcohol.
The individual was identified as Jose Argueta Montano, 25, of Washington, D.C.
Argueta Montano was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
The sheriff’s office did not provide additional details about the circumstances leading to the disturbance call.
