Stafford County sheriff’s deputies responded to Fort Sumter Lane for a report of vandalism.
According to the sheriff’s office, someone pried open the gate to a water tower, causing damage. Graffiti was also reported on the water tower itself.
Deputy S. K. Copeland responded to investigate the incident.
