WEAPON OFFENSE: Galt Way Stafford VA

Deputy E.T. Osborn responded to a shots fired call. When Deputy Osborn arrived on scene, he made contact with an intoxicated male bleeding from the leg. A tourniquet was applied prior to Fire and Rescue staff’s arrival. It was discovered the male was walking his dog when he observed coyotes. The male would then “empty the magazine” of his handgun towards the coyotes. He would only notice his injury when he returned home. The male was treated for his injury at a local hospital and issued a summons for reckless handling of a firearm.
