A repeat shoplifter made off with two bottles of wine from Shoppers and attempted to escape on a moped. Deputy R. Tully located the suspect still riding nearby, with the stolen bottles in hand. The suspect was charged with shoplifting and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $500 secured bond.
