A Woodbridge woman was arrested after deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person on Arla Court.
Deputy Delaney reported the woman displayed signs of intoxication, including the odor of alcohol and incoherent statements, and admitted she had been drinking earlier in the day.
Silvia Medrano Blanco, 29, of Woodbridge, was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
