A traffic stop on Interstate 95 resulted in the arrest of a Woodbridge man for driving under the influence.
Deputies observed the vehicle failing to maintain its lane and learned the driver did not possess a valid driver’s license. After field sobriety testing and a breath test, the driver was arrested.
Jose Ramirez Lemus, 29, of Woodbridge, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license.
