Deputy D.A. Robertson responded to a call regarding a drunk man urinating in a resident’s yard. Upon arrival, the suspect was easy to spot—staggering and holding a beer. Further investigation revealed the man was also wanted in Stafford County for failure to appear in court. He was arrested for public intoxication and served on the outstanding warrant. He remains in custody at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $10,000 secured bond until sober.
