Nikayla Shenise Eubanks, 19, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge related to warrant/summons service from an outside agency.  

Shawn Michael Balinas, 27, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.  

Patrick O’Neil Cox, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge related to warrant/summons service from an outside agency.  

Lisa Taylor Garside, 54, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, including concealment and price alteration of merchandise valued under $200.  

Ronald Lee Richmond Jr., 39, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.  

Jeffrey Eugene Neel, 63, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.  

Donte` Jamar Henderson, 33, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of identity fraud.  

Ryheem Davon Perrin, 30, of Stafford, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Lynda Susan Ireland, 71, of Orange, was arrested on a charge of hit and run resulting in property damage.  

Jawell Maurice Carter, 29, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.
