Antwann Jamaal Barkley Jr., 18, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for strangulation resulting in bodily injury.

Jakobe Jaquan Baker, 23, of Stafford, was arrested for assault and battery of a family member.

Rita Arkyno Tetteh, 38, of Stafford, was arrested for reckless disregard in child abuse and neglect.

Andrew Arkyno Tetteh, 41, of Stafford, was arrested for reckless disregard in child abuse and neglect.

George W. Liggins Jr., 33, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for falsely identifying himself to law enforcement.

Brandon Cruz Arce, 38, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.
