Larry Leroy Kinney Sr. of Fredericksburg was charged with credit card theft.  

Corey Jamil Hobdy of Fredericksburg was arrested for fleeing from law enforcement.

Alvin William Chewning Jr. of Fredericksburg was charged with contempt of court.  

Jessica Lynn Roman of Essex was also arrested for assault and battery.  

Kenneth Wayne Jones of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.  

Genyah J. Monae Hill of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise under $200.  

Ayanna Elizabeth Wynn-Grayson of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise under $200.  

Bishop Zyair Jackson of King George was arrested for contempt of court.

Issac Dejay-Newnum Acors of Richmond was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
