Stewart, Damien Devon, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of malicious wounding by mob.  

Norwood, John Michael Jr, 27, of Orange was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.  

Washington, Robert Levar, 27, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.  

Duke, Walter Everett IV, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Caal Coy, Geovanny Ananias, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery-family member, third offense

Carter, Jeffrey Scott, 39, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court.  

Santana, Chanel China Monet, 32, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, third or subsequent offense.  

Anderson, Michael David, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.  

Bailey, Kayla Marie, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession, distribution of controlled paraphernalia.
