Anthony Marquis Johnson, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Delonte Andrews Bumbrey, 31, of Fredericksburg, was arrested again, this time for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Michael Wayne Simms, 44, of Westmoreland, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Shawn Randell Norbrey, 48, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.
