Arrests

Elizabeth Marie Stead, 31, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on an outside agency warrant/summons.

Patrick David Fowler, 27, of Fredericksburg, was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of justice.

Baltazar Membreno Hernandez, 46, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for driving under the influence, first offense.

Ryan Daniel Rodriguez, 33, of Prince William, was arrested for assault and battery on a family member.

Quiann Sun, 18, of Fredericksburg, was charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise under $200.

Austin Lee Bentley, 22, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Jorja Kenzleigh White, 21, of Stafford, was taken into custody for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  

Donald Nichelson Jr., 42, of Stafford, was charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise under $200.  

Cliff Nelson Harris, 51, of Orange, was arrested for a misdemeanor hit and run causing property damage.  

Johnathon Lee Powell, 36, of Staunton, was charged with grand larceny involving auto theft.
