Arrests

Durven K. Dawes Jr., 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of assault and battery against a family member.

Dustin Walker Musser, 40, of Fredericksburg was taken into custody for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.  

Brandon O’Neal Hicks, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.  

Jacob Carl McGinnis, 40, of Fredericksburg was charged with petit larceny.  

Jasmine Lydia Lamarre, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for driving under the influence—first offense.  

Justin Lee Loving, 42, of Fredericksburg was charged with making a false report to emergency services.

Leila Marie Shelton, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct.  

Jon E. Wolff, 61, of Fredericksburg was charged with public intoxication.  

Kevon O’Neal Allen, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of intent to distribute marijuana.  

Donovan Slade Thompson, 21, of Fredericksburg was taken into custody for driving on a revoked license due to alcohol-related offenses.
